Management Profile
Terry Weigold – Field Operations Manager
With nearly 30 years of excavating experience, 11 of those years spent as sole proprietor of Weigold Excavating, Terry is responsible for the overall management and planning of the daily field operations of Saradan Construction. His knowledge of excavating in Southeast Michigan gives him the ability to anticipate the site-specific needs of a project and provide fast, effective solutions.
Sara Weigold-Smith – Office Manager
After graduating summa cum laude from Oakland University, Sara joined the family business full time. She divides her days between the office operations of the company and assisting with field operations. Her bachelor’s degree in journalism gives Saradan a meticulous eye both in the office and on the job-site. Sara’s unique mix of business experience and education at one of the area’s top universities is being used to create the business development and growth plan for Saradan Construction, ensuring that the company will be well-positioned to effectively compete in the 21st century.
Daniel Weigold – Assistant Field Operations Manager
Daniel’s 10+ years of in-field excavating experience have allowed him to become skilled at operating all of the equipment owned by Saradan, as well as gain knowledge of job site management.
Saradan Construction became a nationally certified women owned small business in 2018.
