Kroger, Roseville

Complete site work on the 13 acre parcel.

Prestige Cadillac, Warren, MI

7 acres with a 4,000 lineal feet of pipe for detention system alone. Sara Smith worked with the owner’s representative and the engineer to save the owner $75,000 by redesigning the system.

Greenstone Credit Union

Owner was concerned about starting the project in the fall and not being able to get asphalt until spring. We promised that we would have the site ready to pave before winter, and delivered on that promise.
